got this in an email... If u cross the north Korean border illegally u get 12 years hard labor...if u cross Iranian border illegally u get detained indefinitely. Cross the Afghan border u get shot. Cross the Saudi border u will be jailed. Cross the Chinese border u will never be heard from again. Cross the Venezuelan border u will b branded a spy and your fate sealed. Cross the Cuban border u will b thrown n prison to rot. However, cross the U.S. border illegally, u get a job, a drivers license, a social security card, welfare benefits, food stamps, credit cards, subsidized rent or a loan to buy a new house, free education, free health care, the right to vote, and all without speaking a word of english. This should piss Americans off. If you agree, forward to everyone you know!!

NEW School prayer :

Now I sit me down in school

Where praying is against the rule

For this great nation under God

Finds mention of Him very odd.




If Scripture now the class recites,

It violates the Bill of Rights.

And anytime my head I bow

Becomes a Federal matter now.




Our hair can be purple, orange or green,

That's no offense; it's a freedom scene.

The law is specific, the law is precise.

Prayers spoken aloud are a serious vice.




For praying in a public hall

Might offend someone with no faith at all.

In silence alone we must meditate,

God's name is prohibited by the state.




We're allowed to cuss and dress like freaks,

And pierce our noses, tongues and cheeks..

They've outlawed guns, but FIRST the Bible.

To quote the Good Book makes me liable.

We can elect a pregnant Senior Queen,

And the 'unwed daddy,' our Senior King.

It's 'inappropriate' to teach right from wrong,

We're taught that such 'judgments' do not belong..




We can get our condoms and birth controls,

Study witchcraft, vampires and totem poles.

But the Ten Commandments are not allowed,

No word of God must reach this crowd.




It's scary here I must confess,

When chaos reigns the school's a mess.

I just got through watching the Kevin Costner movie "Swing Vote" again.
I like it, despite all them critics that dont, I got entertained and that's what counts.

If you haveen't seen it, do so. Watch it several times.

ESPECIALLY near the end. The part where they are having the debate, opps!! hope I didn't spoil it!!!

...anyway, in Bud's opening statement he talks about how our leaders need to do so. How they need to be giants, in order to carry the burden of office. ....got me to thinkin.....

Why should we elect someone who thinks they are above us?? most all politicianz think they are better than their fellow man. They may not show it...but they think it.
Some are highly educated, wealthy ofttimes both.
Very few are just your "average Joe".

We need, no, SHOULD DEMAND MORE from our elected officials!!

They should carryout the wishes of their constituents. Not the whining of their lobbyist, buddies, corporate interest and other "payer's".

WE The People are the ones who elected them.

We The People should be the recipients, not corporate. They SHOULD make sure that OUR safety and commerce are the precedent.
If they happen to make a bit on the side for it, well that's annuder story.

They SHOULD HAVE TO and are DEMANDED that they fall under the SAME RESTRAINTS and laws that we do!!!!!!
They ARE NOT ABOVE the law. Just because they make and pass them gives them NO exception.

After all....they ARE flesh and blood and bone just like US.......
